WARRANTY DEFINITION

If a defect in Material or Workmanship is found during the standard warranty period, replacement parts and labor will apply as per the table below.

1 Except batteries, tyres and wheels, replacement parts and replacement engines.2 The Engine Warranty will cover the entire engine, including its electronic controls

and mounted components supplying fuel and air.2 Drive Train includes all transmissions, including Constant Velocity Transmissions,

Transaxles, Driveshafts and their subcomponents, Differentials, Clutches, and all components contained in the above.

PLEASE NOTE: All applicable warranties will be transferable to subsequent owners.

1) This warranty excludes any failures that are not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

2) This warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance, improper use or abuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions contained in any owner’s manual for operation and maintenance.

3) This warranty does not cover any vehicle that has been altered structurally, modified, neglected, improperly maintained, or used for purposes other than what the vehicle was designed for. Also, this warranty does not cover physical damage to paint or finish, tearing or puncturing of upholstery material, corrosion, or defects in parts components or the vehicle due to fire, explosions or any other cause beyond Manufacturer’s control.

4) This warranty excludes failures resulting from improper lubrications, improper fuel, surface imperfections; fading caused by external stress, harmful cleaning solvents.

5) Warranty does not apply to wear and tear and items considered being part of normal maintenance, unless defective in material or workmanship.

6) Normal maintenance components include but are not limited to light bulbs, spark plugs, filters, fuel, sealants, lubricants, cosmetic damage, CVT belt, CV boots, circuit relays/fuses, brake components and coolants.

7) Warranty does not cover personal loss items such as towing charges, mileage, rentals loss, pick-up and delivery fees, or loss of vacation/personal time. The customer must operate and maintain his/her machine within the proper guidelines of the owner’s manual.

8) Warranty does not cover any Accessories.

9) Right to Make Changes - Mahindra reserves the right to change policy and/or make changes in design or introduce any improvement or add any part on Equipment at any time without incurring any obligation to install same on products previously ordered, sold or shipped.

10) Limitations of Implied Warranties and Other Remedies – To the extent permitted by law, neither MUSA nor MAAPL shall make any warranties, representations, or promises as to the quality, performance, or freedom from defect of the Product or associated products covered by this warranty other than those set forth in this document. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent applicable, are limited to the applicable terms of warranty set forth in this document. The purchaser’s only remedies in connection with the breach or performance of any warranty on the Product or associated product are those set forth in this document. In no event will MUSA affiliated with MUSA, be liable for any incidental, consequential, economic, direct, indirect, general, or special damages arising out of any express or implied breach of warranty. MUSA does not authorize any person or entity to create for MUSA any obligation or liability other than those provided in this document.
