Magtech Electromagnetic Flowmeter Troubleshooting Guide

1. First of all, check the flowmeter indicator whether SYS alarmappeared. If appeared, pleasecheck the sensor that side junction box termination whether the terminal is affected by water ormoisture.If none of the alarm symbol appear on flow indicator, kindly proceeds to GUIDE 2.

GUIDE 2

First, run the pump to fully filled the pipeline with the medium and also ensure that theflowmeter section is fully filled with medium as well.

After the pipeline fully filled, stop the pump and let the medium static in the pipeline forabout 3 minute which mean no flow movement within the pipeline.

After about 3minutes, goto flowmeter indicator to perform zero calibration by following thesteps on the next page:
