Magnys Login Follow the steps below to log in to Magnys:
1. From the Business Sales website, under Applications, click Magnys.
2. Enter your Employee ID, Last 4 SSN, Password (HR – MIM/ORG chart password) and then click GO.

View Commission Statement
1. To view the Commission Statement click Commissions.
Result: The following disclaimer message displays. Review the message and click OK.
2. Choose the desired Cycle Date you wish to view and then click lookup.
Result: The Commission Statement Summary displays the Quota and Attainment.
$ Note: Managers with Direct Reports will see their Employee’s commission statements display underneath.

View Commission Statement – Detail
To view the commission statement detail, click the Detail link.
Result: The Detail displays. Scroll left and right, up and down to view all details. You can Filter the data as needed and export to Excel. Filter Tips: • Salesforce Order Number is equal to the Proposal ID in iCARE/SAT • Phonenbr is equal to the SubID • Hold down the Ctrl button to highlight multiple line items under a column heading

View Daily Sales
1. To view Daily Sales, click the Daily Sales link.
Result: The Daily Sales and Tools display: • A Lookup Tool allows you to search for transactions.
− SalesForce Order Number is equal to the Proposal ID in iCARE/SAT. − Phone Number is equal to the SubID.
• Buttons are available and allow the users to: − View My Corrections − View My Approvals (Managers) − OCS (Return to Main Menu) − Export data to Excel − Submit a General Inquiry ticket
• Comissionable Transactions: − Transactions that are not part of your commissionable transactions. − Transactions that are part of your commissionable transactions. − Transactions that are finalized and part of your commissionable transactions.

Submit a Commission Correction
In the event that you notice a discrepancy in your commissionable transactions, follow the steps below to submit a correction. 1. From the Daily Sales detail, on the commissionable transaction line item, click the InputSeq link.
2. Confirm or change the Employee ID (defaults to current user), enter Notes (required), select an Issue Reason (required), and then click Save. Your manager is notified by email to Approve/Disapprove the correction.
Issue Reason Description EMPLID Change Emplid/Sales ID on the transcation is incorrect. The Proposed ID must be completed to
allow routing to both the new manager and original manager for approval. Product Migration Any questions regarding service changes or additions for an existing customer. Invalid Chargeback Chargeback is incorrect and needs to be removed from statement. Invalidate Sale Sale is incorrect. Agent Not Found Agent is not setup and cannot be found. Comp Plan Questions concerning the compensation plan calculation. Account Reassignment Account or Sub ID has to be assigned to new Dealer/Employee. Missing Product/Rateplan Product or Rateplan is not paying or is not retiring quota. Payment not received Payment not received and should have been. General Issue/Other Does not fall in the above categories.

Submit General Inquiry
In the event that you notice something missing from your commissionable transactions or you dispute a finalized commissionable transaction, follow the steps below to submit a general inquiry. 1. From the Daily Sales screen, complete a Lookup search for the missing transaction.
2. If no data is found, click . 3. On the Correction Request Form, complete as much information as you can and click Submit General Inquiry.

View Correction Status
To view the status of your submitted corrections, click .
$ Note: Tickets are worked within 5 business days once they are in the SCA queue.
View My Approvals Managers
To view and process items that require your approval, click . 1. Click the desired Correction ID link.
2. Review the Order Details Current column and Proposed column.

3. If you agree with the items in the proposed column, click Approve. If you Disapprove, add notes and click Disapprove.
View TBR
To view Total Business Revenue, click the TBR Portfolio button.
Result: The Business Revenue Portfolio summary displays Current Month, Prior Month and Baseline. From this screen you can: • Run the report to Excel • Click the Cust link to display your book of customers. • Click the Rev link to view customer revenue (current, prior, baseline).

Revenue by customer (Rev) example:
To view the revenue details of a specific customer, click the CAMS ID (Account Number) link. Result: The customer revenue displays by description.
