Magnificent choice service is one of the respected engineering, construction and project management company in Nigeria.

Together with our customers we have deliver landmark projects that create long-term progress and economic growth.Since 2011, we have completed many range of projects across states in Nigeria. Our projects scope spans across hotel development, warehouses, factories, residential complexes, churches, manufacturing plants and from in big towns to smallest of the villages across the country.

The basis of all our quality management systems and measures is ISO 9001:2015. By introducing a quality management system according to these standards Magnificent Choice Services is able to docu-ment its quality awareness.

Competent and productive employees, on whom both clients and the firm can rely, are the guarantee forimplementation of our quality policy and for the success of Magnificent Choice Services. The Company Management takes full responsibility for the Quality System documented in the Quality Assurance Manual and in the QualityProcedures and Work Instructions, and assures its implementation. The Quality System is continually being adapted to new developments in standards, current procedures, the changing state-of-the-art technology and otherimprovements.

The Quality and Training Manager is authorised by the Company Management to introduce, enforce and continuously update the Quality System in all the departments of Magnificent Choice Services. The Quality Manager is authorised to issue instructions to all staff in matters relating to quality.

All areas of the Quality System are subject to audit. By comparing the recorded audit results with the defined quality targets, the Company Management is able to assess the efficiency of the Quality System and, where necessary take corrective and preventive actions

understands and accepts it’s responsibilities to provide a safe working environment to all personnel on all

work sites. MAGNIFICENT CHOICE SERVICES at all times will aim to protect and conserve the environment

and operate with the minimal practical environmental impact to sustain future production and development.

The Magnificent HSE policy is to manage all of our activities through a strategic Health, Safety and Environ-

mental process founded on management commitment and accountability, safety and environmental standards,

appropriate levels of training, a just system of dealing with issues, and a system of performance measurement.

The managers support this policy with the belief that all injuries are preventable, the environment can be

protected, and damage or loss to property or equipment can be prevented. To achieve this,

- Each manager, supervisor, and member of the workforce is responsible for meeting our HSE standards

and will be held accountable for their individual performance, and the performance of those working

under their supervision.

- We shall treat HSE aspects of any work activity with equal priority to commercial, production, and quality

aspects.

- We shall comply with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the country of operation

- We shall support the identification of risks and assessment of hazards in work activities.

- We shall encourage the reporting of unsafe acts and conditions and the actions to improve performance.

- We shall provide adequate resources and training to ensure work is carried out safely and professionally.

- We shall investigate all events where injuries, damage to property or the environment has occurred and

ensure that corrective actions are undertaken and are communicated in a timely manner.

Jeremiah O. AkinseleCEO

A graduate of estate management and valuation from Joseph Ayo Babalola University, Osun State and holds both National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology with focus on building construction, project management and building services with international certification project management.

He has attended several trainings and conferences both local and international on building construction, site management, contract management, and supply chain management, project management, and agricultural development, Human resources in Ghana, South Africa, Dubia and Qatar. His is a multidisciplinary and brings on board over 18 years of business experience and exceptional leadership acumen.

Ajayi MuyideProject Director

Ajayi posseses a Certificate in Architecture and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering (Structure Option) from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He has been involved in design and development/construction in the projects within the Oil & Gas, petrochemical/petroleum industries, specifically in the areas of Onshore and Offshore facilities, Civil/Structures, Mechanical/Piping and Pipeline.

He has demonstrated high capabilities in management of resources and turnkey projects. He is equallyversatile in project supervision, monitoring and offering of specialized skill in the CAD design operations with the use of AutoCAD, PDMS, Inventor and Civil 3D software. He is the Director of Projects of the company.

Olowofoyeku, AdeoyeCompany Consultant

With a PhD in Civil Engineering from University of Ibadan and an MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering from University of Lagos and University of Benin respectively. Adeoye serves as the structural engineering consultant to the management of magnificent choice services.

He is a registered member of Registered Engineer Council for Regula�on of Engineering in Nigeria, Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Civil Engineers, and Member of AmericanSociety of Civil Engineers. He has over 25 years a wide range of civil engineering practice in Nigeria.

Oyadokun MachealMr. Oyadokun serves as the quantity Surveyor and cost economist of the company. He is a graduate of Quantity Surveying from the Yaba College of Technology, Yaba-Lagos.

He has a wealth of experience in the field of cost estimation and management, having worked in concurrently in a series of quantity surveying firms before joining our company in 2015.
