Magazine Production Process

The original photograph taken for the magazine. The picture was taken in front a plain red background with a couple a lights aimed at the model due to the low lighting in the room the photo was taken in.

The first thing I did was delete the background as there was a yellow glow at the bottom of the background from the lights and a shadow. Deleting the background was an obvious choice to make the magazine look better.

A masthead, cover line and a position statement was added to finish the magazine. The main cover line relates to the image because it is about the person displayed. The other cover lines are also relevant to the main image.
