Please send the following items the first week of school with your child. Thank you

for your cooperation. *note-all items must be labeled with your child’s name

1. Book bag (big enough to fit school folder without folding) NO BOOK BAGS WITH WHEELS

2. Snack everyday with your child’s name

3. A change of clothes (shorts, pants, t-shirt, underwear, and socks) inside a

large Ziploc bag label with your child’s first and last name.

4. Baby Wipes/Diapers (if not potty trained)

5. One family picture that includes your child and 6 wallet size photos of

themselves

6. 1 baby size pillow, blanket, and crib sheet for nap time. Please label all items

with your child’s name.

7. (1) can of Lysol spray

8. (1) pack of large size “Play Doh” brand set of 6

9. (1) baby wipes refill

10. Primary Learning composition book (with blank markings on top)
