Each component is checked before being placed on the assembly and varnishing line. Design and production engineers are part of the Research and Development department. New groups with clutch incorporated in an oil bath boxThe box contains high technology hardened steel gears, protected by a torque limiting device in an oil bath. It assures exceptional life and kinematics safety.

New transmissions with conical and universal joint couplingThe old gears with chains and

chain turnbuckles, which always needed adjusting, controlling and

lubricating, belong to the past. The new system has conical

and universal joint couplings, is maintenance free and makes the

operating extremely safe, silent and long lasting.

Bolted attachment kitEasily replaceable and

adjustable, allowing changes of header inclination.

New position for best chopping quality

Harvesting rollers with counter-rotating knivesEach roller has four adjustable steel, tungsten carbide edged knives, guaranteeing a perfect harvesting and pre-chopping of the stalk. A scraper knife prevents grass from wrapping around the roller. The rollers are supported at the front and have helical-conical tips to help the introduction of the stalk.
