According to Leon C.Megginson , the term Human Resources can be thought o as,! The
tota" #no$"edge, s#i""s , creati%e abi"ities, ta"ents and a&titudes o an organi'ations $or#orce, as$e"" as the %a"ue, attitudes and be"ies o the indi%idua"s in%o"%ed!. The term Human Resources
can a"so be e(&"ained in the sense that it is a resource "i#e an) other natura" resource.
It does mean that the management can get and use the s#i"", #no$"edge, abi"it) etc.,
through the de%e"o&ment o s#i""s, ta&&ing and uti"i'ing them again and again. Thus, it is a "ong
