Our machine shop at Dynex has been operating and supporting our business for over 40 years in Lincoln. Now, we open our doors to you.
Our machine shop team has a combined experience of over 80 years and a steady flow of apprentices to ensure we have the right skills for the future.We use conventional and CNC machines to cater to all our customer’s needs and are able to work with a wide variety of materials. We can cater from functional prototypes and volume production rates to meet your needs.Dynex is an ISO 9001 accredited company and will always put the quality of your product first.
Milling Capabilities:
• HAAS TM-2P CNC Mill with Tool Changer with travel of X-1016mm, Y-406mm and Z-406mm.
• Deckel FP3 NC Mill with travel of X-400mm, Y-315mm and Z-400mm.
• XYZ 1500 Manual Mill with travel of X-560mm, Y-295mm and Z-406mm.
• Deckel FP4 with tilting and rotating table and travel of X-500mm, Y-400mm and Z-300mm.
Turning Capabilities:
• HAAS TL-1 CNC Lathe with 6” chuck capacity, 2” bar capacity and 762mm of travel between centres.
• XYZ Trainer 1330 Lathe with 4” chuck capacity, 1.5” bar capacity and 750mm of travel between centres.
• SCHAUBLIN 102N-VM Lathe with 20mm collet chuck, 3” chuck capacity, 1” bar capacity and 250mm of travel between centres.
Other machine capabilities:
• KASTO horizontal band saw with cutting width and height of 320mm x 300mm.
• BAILEIGH vertical band saw with a cutting height of 260mm and throat size of 500mm.
Programming Software:Our team uses ‘Alphacam Milling’ and ‘OneCnc Turning’ for programming of the CNC machines.
