Steel frame structure constructed & cladded with Nutec 9mm Fibrecrete board (outside) and painted with white Plascon Wall and All

Interior walls cladded with OSB board which will be varnished . (This is the actual finish on the inside)

Structure is made as follows:-

Structure is 90mm galvanised steel profile

Exterior- Cladded with Nutec fibrecrete sheeting (9mm) and painted with Plascon Wall and All (white).

Interior- Cladded with OSB board (11mm) varnished with a coat to leave a wood grain finish.

Roof is galvanised IBR with Insulation – White bubble sisalation .

All floors are reinforced concrete which is screeded and tiled with Marley 2mm vinyl tiles .

Window units are 1000x900mm meranti frames with 4mm glass.

PVC Gutters are fitted both sides only.

A 2x4m roofed veranda at main entrance.

2x meranti side doors and 1x meranti double door in front entrance with locks.

projects. Structures are modular and in segments which
