Club Monarch Membership Rules1. Club Monarch membership is free. Must be at least 21 years of age.2. Club Monarch levels and points are intended for the member(s) listed on the account. Members may not distribute cards to other players to accrue points, comps or other bene� ts on their behalf.3. Presentation of Club Monarch card and a valid photo ID are required to receive bene� ts.4. When playing slots/video poker, it is the member’s responsibility to ensure that the Club Monarch card is accepted in the machine when inserted. 5. Club Monarch card points expire upon 366 days of Club account inactivity. Inactivity is de� ned as the lack of tracked casino play.6. Comp dollars may not be used for gratuities or for dining discounts/offers.7. Unused Club Monarch comp dollars expire after 181 days. Complimentary accounts accrue up to a maximum of $300. 8. During use of Free Play, points will not be earned.9. Each Club member will be issued an individual Club Monarch account number and card. Daily self comp limits apply.10. All Club card levels are subject to modi� cation, including cancellation, based on account status and amount of tracked casino play.11. A Club member whose level is reduced is required to surrender his/her previous card and will be issued a new card re� ecting current tier level.12. Management, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to limit participation in promotions to select guests.17. Any Club member who is banned from Monarch Casino Black Hawk voluntarily or involuntarily immediately will forfeit all privileges, including awards, prizes and complimentaries, associated with Club membership. “Banned” as used herein includes, but is not limited to, exclusion resulting from trespass warning, arrest, or self-requested exclusions, as provided under Colorado law.18. Club Monarch cards are the property of Monarch Casino Black Hawk. Membership in Club Monarch is a privilege granted by Monarch Casino Black Hawk and may be revoked or canceled at any time. Cancellation of membership will result in immediate loss of points and all Club bene� ts.19. Monarch Casino Black Hawk is not responsible for lost, stolen, misused cards, nor for comp or Club promotion redemption resulting from the same.20. Resort Credit earning period ended August 31, 2015. Resort Credits only valid at Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc. properties. No cash value. Non-transferable. Expires upon 180 days of inactivity.24.
