Metal die casting 85T – 880T aluminum/zinc, vacuum assist and shot monitoring

Plastic injection molding 40T 2oz – 850T 100oz, integral color, humidity control, ultrasonic welding

Precision machining Nine machining centers including Mazatech FH-5800 with Pallatech™ manufacturing cell

Screw machining Single and multiple spindle automatic, automatic forming

Assembly and integration Robotic assembly and material handling, climate controlled facilities

Painting and surface preparation

Two cross-draft painting facilities with force cure, NADCAP accredited, RoHS-compliant chromate, Sol-Gel™, part sizes up to 0.53m3
