يا حـي� يا قيـوم بـرحمـتك أستـغـيث ،

ه ،ولا تكلـني إلى �ـ أصلـح لي شـأنـي كل

نفـسي طـرفة عـين

O Ever-Living One, O Eternal One, by Your mercy I call onYou to set right all my affairs. Do not place me in charge of

my soul even for the blinking of an eye (i.e. a moment).

حمين ر�ب� ٱغفر وٱرحم وأنت خير ٱلر�

“My Lord, grant pardon and have mercy,for you are the best of all the merciful.”

Sūrah al-Muʾminūn, āyah 118

نيا وٱلأخرة ۦفي ٱلد� ت وٱلأرض أنت ولي� و م فاطر ٱلس�

لحين ني مسلما وألحقني بٱلص� توف�

O Creator of the heavens and the Earth, You are my guardianin this world and the Hereafter. Make me die a Muslim and

make me join the righteous.

Sūrah Yūsuf, āyah 101

�دنك �نا لا تزغ قلوبنا بعد إذ هديتنا وهب لنا من ل رب

اب �ك أنت الوه� رحمة إن

Our Lord, do not let our hearts deviate from the right path afterYou have given us guidance, and bestow upon us mercy from

Your own. Surely, You, and You alone, are the One who bestowsin abundance.

Sūrah Āl ʿImrān, āyah 3

اللهـم� أعـن�ي علـى ذكـرك وشكـرك ، وحسـن عبـادتـك

O Allah, help me to remember You, to give You thanks,and to perform Your worship in the best manner.
