Custom Design: La Lilouche is a small independent design lingerie brand, that emphasizees personal customer

service to clients. I do offer Custom design/ bespoke lingerie, like requests for special sizes,

color or change in the design too or fabric!I love working with my clients and they can always

I want to explain to you about made to order/ custom design: Most of my lingerie is handmade to

order so that I can offer more innovation in design. I don’t want to make mass production a part

of what I do. I think it’s very important for a customer to know that when you are buying

handmade lingerie, you are not only supporting the artist, you’re receiving personalized service.

Because the lingerie is made to order, that’s why it can take a week or so to be ready to ship, and

sometimes fabric availability can change…so certain styles become limited edition after a while

Handling days- All our Lingerie is handmade to order, because of its delicate nature, made from

luxuries silks & laces.

Once an order has been made and payment , it takes anything between 5-7 working days to make

and be ready to ship. However, I do try to finish the order earlier as much as I can, so I would

never hold off any order that can be fished earlier.
