Product Testing
1 、 Every batch of raw materials will not be put into warehouse & production without LUXMAN IQC inspection2 、 High-volt insulation test, grounding test and reliable test must be preformed for all LUXMAN products3 、 IES & CCT test of all LUXMAN products must be performed before it put into production4 、 More than 24Hrs aging test must be performed for all LUXMAN LED street light5 、 100% water-proof test must be performed for all LUXMAN LED street light

Surge Protection SystemBecause the street light is installed in an outdoor environment, which is prone to be struck by lightning, resulting in serious damage to the lamp even leakage to wound or on fire. LUXMAN street with a professional street lightning protection device (instantaneous release of 10KA inrush current, and 10KV Electricity surge voltage) to avoid lightning impact on users. Waterproof DesignEvery connecting units with safely and reliable waterproof structure, which resistant powerful jetting water of 100 L/min to ensure the IP66 rating, and fully dust proof.
1.High quality silicone gasket surrounds lens and PCB for weather-tight seal, and fixed by using 16pcs 304 stainless steel hexagon socket head cap screws.
2.IP65 hermaphrodite connector for LED modules, easy to maintenance .
3.In the connection point of driver wire with PG9 connector for waterproof and pull-off resistance.
4.IP67 LED driver,Waterproof gasket used in the driver box for double waterproof. .

Heat Dissipates SystemSufficient and reliable Thermal Management system
Modulized and anodized 6063 aviation Aluminum heat sink with wave shape design enlarge the dissipation area (4 to 5 times bigger than common heat sink of same weight) and continuous dissipating the heat from LEDs. Heat dissipation power for each module comes to 50W (actual request is 40W)
