1. PC Specification

The minimum supported PC requirements to run the Lumi Pro Suite (‘Jackson’ and later versions) are:

Operating System Microsoft Windows® 7 SP 1 (32-bit or 64-bit) or

Microsoft Windows® 8.1 (32-bit or 64-bit)

Both of the above OS versions support up to 9 connected clients, i.e. 9 connected Lumi Studio display devices. A Windows® Server PC/OS can handle a higher number of connected clients/devices.

Office Excel® and PowerPoint® 2010 SP2 (32-bit or 64-bit) or

Excel® and PowerPoint® 2013 SP1 (32-bit or 64-bit)

Processor Speed 2 GHz

Memory (RAM) 4 GB (8GB recommended)

Hard Disk Space 1 GB

USB Ports 2 available ports required (USB 2.0 or higher)

USB HASP Licence & IML Connector Base Station

If using a smartcard reader/writer, a 3rd available port is recommended (please note that some laptops may include internal reader/writer hardware)

Screen Resolution 1024 x 768 pixels

User Accounts Administrator privileges required for installation only. Standard user accounts may run the software once installed.

Internet Connection Required during installation to download pre-requisite applications.

Web Browser

(Required for Lumi Studio display on a PC)

Recommended browsers include;

- Google Chrome™ (version 39 or later)

- Mozilla Firefox® (version 34 or later)

- Microsoft Internet Explorer® (version 9 or later)
