Relationship with the environment. This is set around openings and cracks that
serve as energy harvesting elements, views, light, water for irrigation and ventilation air.
Connections from Arcos de Las Salinas are solved in terms of urban infrastructure and vehi-cular access to water, sanitation and electricity.
Solution adopted. The proposed project around three dis-
tinct areas on three levels connected toge-ther, adapted perfectly to the existing land is divided by modifying the minimum contour.
The proposal is a buried architecture, Which solved “GET, CROSSING AND BE” architectural elements.
ARRIVE.An open space, “square”, which articulates
the esplanade of road and pedestrian access to the building. It is the element of GET.
This square is a sundial, the gnomon as mi-lestone becomes an observatory of the sunshi-ne as prime differentiator.
The image evokes the ongoing activity in our lives and is a salute to the traveler who comes and who remain.
CROSSING.From the square you enter the building across
the access threshold marked by a horizontal ope-ning. It translates into crossing the public space to the private space. This level contains a covered space housing the hall, exhibition hall, offi ces, in-formation and vertical communication core. The large patio has a triangular articulates the compo-sition of all interior spaces, making vacuum to cap-ture light, rainwater into the subsoil and ventilation.
BE.It exchanger levels. Where it develops levels be-
ing, taking shape in all functional activities provided.

COMPOSITION
Observatory Level.
This level aims to develop the area using telescopes, why has six domes preinstalled with access from inside and outside the building from the plot.
South orientation is chosen as the best spot for watching the sky. The topogra-phy and vegetation barrier tries to redu-ce as far as possible any light pollution.
The cúplulas are the top members and protruding from the ground. Part of the com-position of the building, just as the other levels, they can operate independently.
The area have few servants and related spa-ces that are two classrooms for group work and a control room telescopes and data reception.

Bases_ This contest is raised annually by the Spanish
emprese Cemex, which each year offers a diffe-rent theme for students of architecture schools.
These must solve an architectural program and realize the model of the result through a concre-te model which is concreted in CEMEX facilities.
Idea_ The idea of the competition was to re-
solve a building that was the headquar-ters of various newspapers worldwide.
The concept that we continue to materiali-ze was a sheet folded like skin of the building. For which texture facets, help us emphasize it.
Purposes_1. Tower. Main building of the complex, including
the newspaper. Rest rooms and meeting rooms are located in the tear for better lighting and views.
The information collected, drinks from the activities taking place around them.
2. Kiosk. Local closer to transit, located in the entrance plaza.
3. Newspaper Archives and Library. Here the magazines, articles, documents, etc. are collected
With availability to the public.
4. Information. Piece especially impor-tant because here the assemblies will be announced, will report on the current sta-tus of newspaper and news is distribu-ted every day to the different cabinets.
5. auditorium and multipurpose room.Taking advantage of the slope, on a slope
covered moderate enough to be able to hold meetings or conferences space is generated.
6. Plaza. This place is embraced by all editorial complex and is where the majority of activities will take place.

COMPETITION PANEL 2013
COMPETITIONSAECEF POSTER
COLABORATION WITH ANGEL PARDILLOS

Bases concurso_ This competition arises while I was prac-
ticing in the studio Angel Pardillos in Teruel. He got a commission from the Merchants
Association Widening and Fuenfresca of Teruel, which wanted a new sign they appeared refl ec-ted in all trade association in a plane of Teruel.
It must be a sign could be printed fl -yer format to it provide in stores, but also came up with the idea of being a poster that could be placed in bus shelters in the city.
Idea_ In recent years, all cities in the world de-
voted to tourism posses a conceptual map of the most representative monuments of the city, so that your visitors have a view at a glance of the city and its monuments.
Based on this model outright the idea of a conceptual map that could recognize all trade association, and were able to loca-te any reference based on the city arises.
Graphics and concepto_ Since the dimensions of the poster would be
considerable, the idea was to create a double visiión map.In a fi rst, a grade objero to draw the attention, enmarcase the plane and made known the association. This is consiguión incor-porating Globe and airplane, which would be the element claim poster.
Secondly, once captured the attention of our clienetes, the idea was to create a rea-dable plane in which businesses would be clearly located through the incorporation of different iconic elements of the new part of town; as the bull ring and the two viaducts.
