Technical Evangelist

As a Technical Evangelist at Microsoft, my mission was to bring the latest technologies to the Technical Community through the TechNet Program, enabling professionals to build solutions based on Microsoft technologies and products.

I’ve been a Tech•Ed Speaker since 2006, when I introduced the High Performance Computing technology. In the next years, I presented 9 sessions in 4 Tech•Ed editions, covering a range of new Technologies.

At MCS (Microsoft Consulting Services), my role was to manage Projects involving Microsoft Technologies adoption (6 years).

I was the Enterprise Strategy Consultant for Nestlé, mapping Business Needs to Technical Solutions and ensuring a smooth operation environment jointly with Microsoft’s Global Nestlé Team.

Many other Solutions were deployed in other Customers like AIG, TIM, ABN-AMRO, Santander, Visanet, Itaú, Usiminas, Bradesco, TJRJ and Prodesp.

Imagesoft has an Electronic Document Management system that is a distributed,

Client/Server application. I worked on the development of the Windows client using

C/C++ languages and realized the adaptation of the system to the Windows Sockets

technology.

At Vega I realized quite advanced projects, dealing with Digital Image Processing with

the latest technologies (transputers, dedicated RISC workstations, etc).

Examples are a Medical Imaging System, software for a revolutionary Breathing

Machine (ventilator), a project for real-time 3D navigation on CAD simulated

environments and a voice-enabled Industrial Process Monitoring and Control System.
