LOUGHBOROUGH SCHOOLS FOUNDATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Written confirmation of the receipt of the booking form will be sent to all parents with any additional information about the competition if necessary.
The deadline for receipt of application forms is Friday 10 January 2020.
An official accompanist will be available for a fee of £10, which will include a run-through and the competition performance. If you require the accompanist’s services, please enclose a copy of the accompaniment parts and payment with your application. Additional rehearsal time may be booked with the accompanist separately; this will incur an additional charge.
Loughborough Schools Foundation reserves the right to withdraw any student from the competition for behaviour that we deem to be detrimental to the smooth-running of the competition or which might interfere with the safety of any other participants. The adjudicator’s decision will be final.
Regulations made for the safety and comfort of competitors and spectators must be observed.
Loughborough Schools Foundation cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss or damage to property or any injury sustained by participants.
Qualified medical staff will be on site at all times in case of any incidents requiring medical attention.
