         LPS  Personnel        

 LPS  will  provide  you  with  certified,  Licensed,  insured,  and  bonded    Security  Officers.  Each  Security  Professional  has  been  screened  to  the  highest  standards.    

 • Our  pre-­‐employment  background  investigation  far  exceeds  that  of  the  industry  standard  and  includes  a  nationwide  criminal  background  check  as  well  as  child  abuse  clearances,  and  drug  screening.  In  addition,  psychological  evaluations  are  performed  on  every  applicant.  

• LPS  offers,  free  of  charge,  supervisory  personnel  to  insure  strict  adherence  to  our  general  rules  and  guidelines  and  your  specific  regulations  and  ordinances.  LPS  supervisors  are  utilized  as  a  liaison  between  LPS  and  our  clients.    Supervisors  are  available  24  hours  a  day,  365  days  per  year  for  your  convenience  and  will  regularly  make  spot  checks  to  prevent  the  issue  of  complacency.  It  is  our  belief  that  in  order  to  assure  the  best  quality  of  service,  we  must  keep  close  relationships  with  our  personnel  and  our  clients.  

• At  LPS,  all  of  our  security  officers  will  be  equipped  with  cellular  or  satellite  phones  to  ensure  constant  communication  with  our  management  team  and  to  ensure  immediate  dispatch  of  necessary  emergency  response  teams.  

• Our  roving/mobile  patrol  units  can  be  equipped  with  CB’s  or  Radios  as  necessary  and  have  digital  cameras  to  ensure  all  persons  of  concern  or  vehicles  etc.  can  be  documented.  

• Each  and  every  security  officer  will  receive  site-­‐specific  training  on  a  regular  basis  to  further  enhance  the  service  and  protection  we  provide.

• Each  Officer  within  our  company  is  trained  regarding  our  Health  and  Safety  Manual  on  a  regular  basis.  Subjects  of  address  within  our  H&S  Manual  include  Blood  Borne  Pathogens,  Personal  Protection  Equipment,  First  Aid  Standards,  Construction  Safety,  and  Fall  Protection  to  name  just  a  few.  

• Our  officers  are  ATSSA  Certified  for  Flagging  to  further  enhance  the  services  we  provide  to  the  Oil  /  Gas  Industry  among  others.  

• All  officers  are  Adult  and  Pediatric  CPR/AED/First  Aid  Certified  and  LPS  has  instructors  within  the  company  to  offer  certification  to  our  clients  at  reduced  rates.  

   

LPS  Personnel  Training    

LPS  prides  itself  on  the  training  of  our  Security  Officers.  Our  training  program  consists  of  both  in-­‐house  training  and  outside  training  and  includes  Active  Shooter  Training,  Personal  Protection,  Disarmament,  Non-­‐Confrontational  Communication,  Weapons  Training,  and  Report  Writing.  Our  training  programs  are  flexible  and  are  geared  to  address  specific  problems  and  concerns  of  each  

of  our  individual  clients  and/or  facilities  that  we  serve.    In  addition  to  mandated  certification,  LPS  personnel  are  trained  in  the  following:

 • Our  security  officers  are  trained  to  act  as  a  criminal  deterrent  by  adopting  the  principals  of  the  community  police  officer  program  methodology…  our  guards  are  encouraged  to  be  approachable  and  a  source  of  information  to  patrons,  residents,  and/or  employees,  thus  portraying  a  sense  of  community  and  safety.  

• Placement  of  our  security  officers  is  of  the  utmost  importance.  Our  Security  Officers  are  trained  to  make  visible  foot  patrols  throughout  their  posts  in  undetermined  patterns.  We  encourage  our  personnel  to  interact  with  your  patrons  and  employees  in  addition  to  standing  a  fixed  post.  

 Uniforms  • All  LPS  Security  Officers  are  outfitted  in  most  cases  with  police-­‐style  uniforms.  In  some  instances  polo  shirts  and  slacks  or  suits  are  worn  as  per  specific  client  requests.  

•  We  require  that  our  personnel  maintain  military-­‐style  appearances;  shoes  polished,  uniforms  pressed  and  clean  at  all  times,  men  are  clean-­‐shaven  and/or  well  groomed  with  neat  haircuts.  Our  female  officers  are  held  to  the  same  standard.  The  appearance  of  our  personnel  is  of  the  utmost  importance  to  us,  as  they  are  representing  our  agency  in  the  field.  

 Supervision  • LPS  supervisors  are  required  to  possess  law  enforcement/military  experience  in  a  supervisory  role.  Our  supervisors  are  charged  with  scheduling,  assigning  posts,  and  acting  as  liaison  between  LPS  and  our  clients.  Supervisory  personnel  are  available  to  you  24  hours  every  day  in  order  to  maintain  quality  assurance  and  customer  service  on  behalf  of  LPS.

Cost    

• LPS  will  provide  you  with  a  full  breakdown  of  our  cost  specifications.  LPS  maintains  a  philosophy  that  in  order  to  retain  the  highest  quality  security  professionals,  we  must  compensate  them  commensurate  to  their  qualifications.  LPS  has  decided  to  reduce  its  profit  margin  in  lieu  of  lowering  wages  or  raising  its  fee  structure.    Our  costing  structure  provides  for  a  well-­‐paid  security  professional  and  a  competitive  and  conservative  rate  to  our  client.    

   Liability  

• In  order  to  protect  our  assets  and  Yours,  LPS  maintains  General  Liability  and  Auto  insurance  with    $5  million  dollar  limits  per  occurrence.  

• We  maintain  Workers  Compensation  Insurance  Coverage  for  all  Lexus  Protection  Services  employees  with  1  million  dollar  limits  for  Employers  Liability.
