The hydraulic motors have an advantage of small volume, high efficiency, low noise, etc. and can be used in a wide field of application such as: Construction equipment, Agricultural equipment, Plastic equipment, Mining equipment, Material Lifting equipment, Forestry equipment, Lawn and turf equipment, Machine tools and stationary equipment, Marine equipment,etc.

BM1 is a small volume, spool valve type motor, with optional side load bearing design.

BM3 is a medium volume, spool valve type motor, with 2 radial ball-bearings design, that can bear greater radial force.

BM4 is a spool valve type motor, which can bear higher pressure than our BM3.

Usage Guide

Dear consumer,

In order to make the hydraulic motor work in optimal situations, we sincerely recommend the following:

1. A simultaneous max speed and max pressure is not recommended.

2. The motor can be used in parallel or series. But the installation of a drain line is necessary when back pressure is over 5 Mpa (72 PSI).

3. Filtering and oil cleanliness: a return filter should be installed in the system with a rating in the range of 10~30 um. The ISO level of the oil is to be no more than 19/16.

4. The optimum operating situation should be at the 1/3~2/3 of the continuous operation.

5. Make sure the motor is always filled with oil before operating.

6. In order to obtain longer life of the motor, we recommend to operate the motor at first for 30 minutes under 30% of rated pressure.

7. Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.

8. Recommended fluid: Anti-wear type of hydraulic oil. Viscosity: 37-73cst. Filtration: ISO19/16

HMM series motor is a mini-motor with high speed capabilities, very compact design, spool valve, economical type motor.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• Compact design of spool and gear set, which provide mini volume, high power and low weight.

• Credible design for shaft seal , which can bear high pressure and be used in parallel or in series.

• Direction of shaft rotation and speed can be controlled easily and smoothly.

BM2 series motor is a medium, spool valve type motor, that can bear higher pressure than BM1.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• It adopts the gerolor design. Has higher efficiency than our BM1 series.

• Credible design for shaft seal, which can bear high pressure and can be used in parallel or in series application.

• Direction of shaft speed can be controlled easily and smoothly.• Best efficiency and economy in medium load applications.

The BM5 is a large volume, disc valve, high pressure motor with radial bearings design and can bear greater load.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• Advanced design in disc distribution flow, which can provide better performance at low speed.

• The valve can automatically compensate for the wear, so the volumetric efficiency is higher.

• Double taper roller bearings permit high radial loads. The motors can be used on heavier vehicles in traction drive applications.

4K Motor

The 4K is a large volume that is between our BM5 and BM6, disc valve, high pressure motor with radial ball-bearings design and can bear greater load.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• The motor can be used in high pressure and high torque applications.

• Advanced design in disc distribution flow,which can provide improved performance at low speed.

• The valve can automatically compensate for wear, so the volumetric efficiency is higher.

• Double taper roller bearings permit high radial loads. The motors can be used on heavier vehicles in traction drive applications.

Notes 1. Continuous data: The Max. Value of operating motor continuously. 2. Intermittent Data: The Max. Value of operating motor is 10 % per minute. 3. A simultaneous max. BM6S Bearingless Motor

The BM6S is the bearingless motor of our BM6 family, large volume, disc valve, high pressure motor.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• Advanced design in disc distribution flow, which can provide better performance at low speed.

• The valve can automatically compensate for wear, so the volumetric efficiency is higher.

• Double taper roller bearings permit high radial loads. The motors can be used on heavier vehicles in traction drive applications.

BMT Motor

The BMT is one of our largest volume disc valve, high pressure motor, with a radial ball-bearings design that can bear greater load.

CHaraCTeriSTiC FeaTureS

• The motor can be used in high pressure and high torque applications.

• Advanced design in disc distribution flow,which can provide improved performance at low speed.

• The valve can automatically compensate for wear, so the volumetric efficiency is higher.

• Double taper roller bearings permit high radial loads. The motors can be used on heavier vehicles in traction drive applications.

Main Specification

Notes 1. Continuous data: The Max. Value of operating motor continuously. 2. Intermittent Data: The Max. Value of operating motor is 10 % per minute. 3. A simultaneous max.
