One of the teachers of the law came and heard them debating. Noticing that Jesus had given them a good answer, he asked him, "Of all the commandments, which is the most important?" "The most important one," answered Jesus, "is this: 'Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’

Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love. Remember the height from which you have fallen! Repent and do the things you did at first. If you do not repent, I will come to you and remove your lampstand from its place.

Summer Challenge:

• Spend some special, extended time with God to RECONNECT!

• Be reconciled! • Draw near to God!• Come with full assurance and faith• Rid yourself of a guilty conscience, confess

your sins and allow the blood of Christ to cleanse you inside and out!

Hebrews 3:12-13 See to it, brothers, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God. But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called Today, so that none of you may be hardened by sin's deceitfulness.



Hebrews 12:15 See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.

Hebrews 12:28-29 Therefore, since we

are receiving a kingdom that cannot be

shaken, let us be thankful, and so

worship God acceptably with reverence

and awe, for our "God is a consuming

fire."
