As Director, Achal is responsible for managing the overall operations of Lotus Greens.

In his 25 years of professional career, Achal has held leadership positions with organisations like DLF, Unitech,Vipul, Emaar MGF & M3M and has successfully launched their landmark projects in Delhi/NCR.

Achalsunderstanding & knowledge of the business and best practices is a testament to his ability and hardwork. Though his real strength lies in Sales and Marketing, his experience as CEO and MD for various realestate firms has made him a pillar of knowledge in areas like project planning & execution.

As Chief Financial Officer, Manoj provides overall direction and oversight to finance and accounts of LotusGreens. He has more than 20 years of experience of which 12 years have been in real estate.In his earlier role he has worked in the capacity of CFO at Unitech Ltd.

Manoj has extensive experience in raising and mobilization of funds. His strengths include financialmanagement, strategic planning, business restructuring, risk management, mergers and acquisitions.Manoj is a chartered accountant by profession and is considered amongst the top names in real estate sector.

Manmeet Batra is working with Lotus Greens as Head Architecture and Planning. He is a silver medallist from IITRoorkee with more than 23 years of experience in the field.
