LOST IN LONDON TREASURE TRAIL 2015 INFOPACK

- There are altogether 10 checkpoints in this year’s Lost in London event. This year, we are not giving you the exact locations to checkpoints. Instead, we will give you clues to the ten places. It is up to the teams to decide which checkpoints to go to first. However, it is worth noting that Reaching Points will be higher the further the checkpoints are from the starting point. - Flag-off time will be 9 AM and the event is scheduled to finish by 2.30-3 PM. A surau facility is available so Muslim participants can perform their prayers when they get back to UCL. - Due to the nature of the tasks at the checkpoints, only one team will be allowed to complete the task. If there are multiple teams at the same checkpoint at the same time, you will be asked to queue according to your respective arrival times (first come first served). - Teams must collect checkpoint stamps that will be given to you by the volunteers stationed at each checkpoint. We will stamp the back of your clue sheet. These stamps will be your team’s proof of attendance to volunteers. Therefore, you can’t lose your clue sheet. - Teams must upload a photo on your team Instagram account at every checkpoint. You may privatize your Instagram account after @uclbruneians have followed you for strategy purposes. These photos will be your team's proof of attendance to the organisers. Each checkpoint will have a specific hashtag and you must ask the volunteers what this hashtag is once you’ve reached a checkpoint. - If your team is unable to figure out what the clues are, please send a text message to +44 7842850750 stating: 1) Your TEAM NAME 2) CLUE to checkpoint and they will get back to you right away with the correct destination. However, your team will be penalized accordingly. - Teams have to be back in UCL by 1.30 PM. Points will be deducted to latecomers.

Two volunteers will be stationed there. Everyone in your team has to be present. Teams have to identify themselves to the volunteers in charge for them to record the time of arrival.
