What You Need1 lb ground chuck or ground meat of choice 1/2 c stuffed olives, sliced, drained1/2 c black olives, sliced, drained1 carrot, shredded1 tbsp capers, drainedOlive oil, extra virginHard salamiSliced mozzarella cheese, shreddedAll-purpose seasoningSalt and pepper, to tasteHamburger buns, or bread of choice, lightly toastedLettuce leavesTomato, slicedDijon mustard
Directions• Combine stuffed green
Muffuletta Stuffed Burger
olives, black olives, carrots, and capers; pour just enough olive oil over veggies to barely cover.
• Store in a jar and refrigerate for a few hours. You can add cauliflower and peppers to this mixture if you desire.
• Form four patties, 1/4 lb each. With the bottom of a round glass form a well in two of the patties.
• Place a spoonful of olive mix into well of two patties, top with mozzarella and a slice of salami.
• Place the second patty on top and seal edges.
• Season patties with all-purpose seasoning, salt, and pepper.
• In an iron skillet over a medium heat, fry four to five minutes on each side.
• Serve on toasted bun or bread of choice with a little spicy dijon mustard, topped with lettuce and tomato.

The City of Los Fresnos, PWS ID TX0310004, has violated the monitoring and reporting requirements setby Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) in Chapter 30, Section 290, Subchapter F. Publicwater systems that treat surface water and/or ground water under the direct influence of surface waterare required to submit monthly operating reports with operational data of the water provided to theircustomers.
We failed to monitor and/or report the following constituents: MONITORING, ROUTINE (IESWTR/LT10,MAJOR AND MONITORING, ROUTINE (IESWTR/LT1), MINOR Turbidity, Combined filter Effluent andIndividual filter Effluent.
This/These violations(s) occurred in the monitoring period(s): June 2015 to May 2016
Results of regular monitoring are an indicator of whether or not your drinking water is safe. We did notcomplete all monitoring and/or reporting for surface water constituents, and therefore TCEQ cannot besure of the safety of your drinking water during that time.
We are taking the following actions to address this issue:
We are pleased to inform you that we have replaced and upgraded the damaged monitoringequipment to meet TCEQ guidelines.
Please share this information with all people who drink this water, especially those who may not havereceived this notice directly (i.e., people in apartments, nursing homes, schools, and businesses). Youcan do this by posting this notice in a public place or distributing copies by hand or mail.

No Fee Parade Entries: Come to Chamber Office to Register.
A Community Parade. Participants are asked to dress in their Red, White, and Blues. Dress up your pet dog or cat and bring them too.
Decorate wagons, strollers, skateboards, bikes, golf carts, or just yourselves. Decorate your cars, pickups, trailers, make “parade floats” and join the parade.
All veterans and families of our fallen heroes are especially invited to participate in the Parade.
The Parade will start at 4 pm. The Boy and Girl Scouts will lead the Parade.
Parade line-up begins at 3 pm on N. Brazil and 2nd Streets.
