Mijas village or ‘pueblo’ is one of the most famous traditional ‘white’ villages in Spain.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Mijas is a jewel on the Costa del Sol and famous for its exuberant festivals, Easter processions and donkey taxis.

The friendly local ‘Mijeños’ are welcoming and the charming village begs to be explored.

Summer in Marbella is when the weather reaches its peak, however spending time

at the beach brings relief with mild breez-es and cool Mediterranean waters.

The evenings are warm and balmy allow-ing al-fresco dining until the early hours of the morning.

Autum temperatures in Marbella drop slightly averaging around 22 ºC / 71ºF. This brings a welcome drop in temper-ature and cooler evenings, which start around the end of October.
