TO THIS HONORABLE COURT, ALL PARTIES AND TO THEIR
RESPECTIVE ATTORNEYS OF RECORD: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on November _. 2016, at 8:30 a.m. in Department CE2E of
the above-entitled Court located at 111 North Hill Street Los Angeles, Ca. 90012, Respondent Michael
David Moore, will move this Court under California Civil Procedure Code §533 for an order to
terminate the Workplace Violence Restraining Order entered against Respondent Michael David Moore
on March 25, 2015 on the grounds that said Workplace Violence Restraining Order was obtained for a
purpose other than the lawful and intended purpose of a Workplace Violence Restraining Order

“WVRO” in that, the Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., v. Michael David Moore California Superior
Court Case No. BS153764 is one of many overt acts of a long running criminal conspiracy, which has
been Victimizing Respondent/Petitioneer Michael David Moore since August 3, 2009
Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., (SPE) is a Delaware Corporation, Senior Executive Management
Team Members, Senior Executive Vice-President & General Council Leah Weil, Esq., Chairman &
Chief Executive Officer Michael Lynton, Co-Chairman Amy Pascal and Senior Executive Vice-
President George Rose have planned and orchestrated all Members of Sony Pictures Entertainment
Incorporated Senior Executive Management Team, as more fully set forth in the declaration of Michael
David Moore and Exhibits attached thereto.
This Motion is made pursuant to CCP Code §533 and shall be based upon this Notice, the attached
Memorandum of Points and Authorities, the Declaration of Michael David Moore in support of
termination WVRO and Exhibits attached thereto, the complete files and records of this action, and such
other and further oral and documentary evidence as may be presented at the hearing on this Motion.
