I have worked with Karen directly and indirectly for thirteen years, as we worked together for two different employers, Nationwide Credit, Inc. and the University of Phoenix. To whom it may concern:

I am writing to express my unreserved endorsement of Karen Culver. I have worked with Karen directly and indirectly for thirteen years, as we worked together for two different employers, Nationwide Credit, Inc. and the University of Phoenix. In 2004, when I began at the University of Phoenix as Director of Finance, I hired Karen to join my staff, and she has served faithfully, steadily, and productively as a Finance Advisor every since.

Karen is a top-notch finance professional with a wealth of administrative knowledge of such programs as: Title IV student loans, Pell Grant, SEOG, Cal Grant, and scholarships. Over the years she has coupled her knowledge with excellent phone skills to assist thousands of students. She is the kind of person who puts her best foot forward day-in, day-out, rarely missing work.

Oftentimes, Karen has been chosen for special projects or to serve special groups of students, such as our nursing cohorts, whom we wanted to be served with extra care. In all cases, Karen not only puts her considerable skills to work, but she goes above and beyond what is required, thinking of things and serving in a way that shows extra care.

Karen has demonstrated the ability to learn and grow in a dynamic, ever-changing environment. She has developed strong skills in customer service, negotiation, collections, and referral gathering, over the years. I have been most impressed with her ability to come up with a winning strategy when changes occur with her workload; she always finds a way to be successful, employing superior time management to accomplish objectives.

I have been very fortunate to have Karen on my team. She would be a steady, consistent choice for anyone looking to build a successful team. She carries with her my best wishes for her future success. I invite you to call me with any further questions you might have.

Sincerely,
