Job Description
1. Responsible for adding sales associates, develop and maintain relationships
with them and ensure their continuous participation in overall sales.
2. Responsible for networking and major industry players, identifying the
corporate clients.
3. Assist associates for site visits, sales conversions, coordination between
associates’ teams, customers and developer
4. Building a good relationship with the decision makers and getting business for
the organization.
5. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and
ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
6. Maintaining of database & generating report.
Compensation `3 to 5 Lakhs Per Annum + Lucrative Incentives/ Reimbursements Sector Real Estate – Channel Sales & Corporate Sales Functional Area Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG - MBA/PGDM (preferred not mandatory)
Should be passionate for Sales in Real Estate for Residential projects and
focused in enhancing Client Acquisition Base.
Ability to work in fast paced environment.
Must be presentable, have Good Communication & Convincing Skills.
Should be Graduate and preferably MBA (Marketing / Finance / any).
Applicant resident of Gurgaon are preferable.
Applicant should have own conveyance.
