Look on the left where it says “Government and

Great Britain has a UNITARY form of

government and power.

Look on the left where it says “Government and

says “Germany”.

Germany has a FEDERAL form of government and

power.

Look on the left where it says “Government and

Power”Look on the top where it

says “Russia”.

Russia has a FEDERAL form of government and

power.

Look on the left where it says “Citizen Participation”

Look on the top where it says “Great Britain”.

Great Britain has a DEMOCRATIC form of

citizen participation. (So does Germany and Russia!)

Look on the left where it says “Style of Democracy”

Look on the top where it says Great Britain and Germany.

Both Great Britain and Germany have a

PARLIAMENTARY form of government.

Look on the left where it says “Style of Democracy”

Look on the top where it says “Russia”.

Russia has a

Presidential style of democracy.

Look on the left where it says “Name of Leader”Great Britain has a PRIME

MINISTER.

Russia has a PRESIDENT.

Germany has a CHANCELLOR. (You may have to write “chancellor” if it isn’t

there already.)

Get out a clean piece of paper and turn it sideways so that the holes are at the

top.
