1) Distributor Exchanges are reserved for items that are found to be defective within 30 days of purchase only. The 30-day period will begin the day the end user has possession of the items(s).

2) after 30 days, the item will be treated as an RMA repair in which dealer/end user will contact EnGenius Directly.

3) Please contact EnGenius Canada at 1-888-397-2788 for initial troubleshooting before initiating an RMA. We find many products that appear to be defective; can be quickly solved with over the phone troubleshooting.
