Meeting Hours The meeting will kick off promptly at 9:00am. The conference room is a 5 minute walk from the parking lot so please plan to arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 am to enjoy some coffee, light fare, and making new friends! Food and beverages will be located in the back of HPW-3A-005.

Please use main entrance to the site on Pennington-Rocky Hill Rd. All BMS Visitors should proceed to the Visitors lane at the security gate. At the gate, you will be asked by the security guard what your business is. Please tell the guard that you are attending the AGXPE Chapter Meeting.

The main road onto the site leads to the parking lot. After crossing Loop Road, the parking lot will be the 2P

Entrance Information

Once you have parked and locked your vehicle, all visitors should proceed to Building 3A, follow the path on Map 3. This entrance has a sign on it that says Conference Center. (BMS employees should have access to this door. Visitors will need to be let in.) Once you have entered through the entrance, you will see a staircase to your left. Walk down the stairs and go through the first set of doors. Immediately turn to your right and the conference room will be to your right.

Presenter Logistics Please bring a copy of your presentation on a USB memory stick. The laptop provided runs MS Office 2010. Internet access will not be available unless you can connect though the BMS network or have 4G access on your computer. A wireless mouse will be provided. Please bring any additional presentation tools you need for your presentation. All presentations will be posted to the AGXPE Members-only section of the website. If your presentation needs to be edited, please be prepared to send or provide the redacted version.

UBY CAR To Hopewell From Northern Points Take the New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 9 – New Brunswick. Leaving the tollbooth at Exit 9, stay right and follow signs for Route 18 North and Route 1 South. Take Route 1 South. Drive approximately 20 miles and exit Route 1 onto Interstate 95 South (towards Pennsylvania). Proceed on I-95 to Exit 4 (Route 31 North/ Pennington). Take Route 31 North through the Pennington Circle (remaining on Route 31) 2.7 miles to second traffic light. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Take Delaware Avenue through Pennington 1 mile until road forks. Bear left onto Pennington-Rocky Hill Road. Speed limit is 25 mph. The BMS Hopewell facility will be on the left 1.3 miles from the fork. Make left onto BMS site and proceed to the Security Guard Bldg.

From Southern and Western Points Take Interstate 95 North to New Jersey. In New Jersey, leave I-95 at Exit 4 (Route 31 North / Pennington). Take Route 31 North through the Pennington Circle (remaining on Route 31) 2.7 miles to second traffic light. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Take Delaware Avenue through Pennington 1 mile until road forks. Bear left onto Pennington-Rocky Hill Road. Speed limit is 25 mph. The BMS Hopewell facility will be on the left 1.3 miles from the fork. Make left onto BMS site and proceed to the Security Guard Bldg. From Eastern Points Take the Garden State Parkway North or South to Exit 98, Interstate 195. Take I-195 West for 34 miles to Interstate 295. I-295 becomes I-95 South after it crosses US Route 1. Leave I-95 at Exit 4 (Route 31 North / Pennington). Take Route 31 North through the Pennington Circle (remaining on Route 31) 2.7 miles to second traffic light. Turn right on Delaware Avenue. Take Delaware Avenue through Pennington 1 mile until road forks. Bear left onto Pennington-Rocky Hill Road. Speed limit is 25 mph. The BMS Hopewell facility will be on the left 1.3 miles from the fork. Make left onto BMS site and proceed to the Security Guard Bldg. From Central New Jersey Take 206 South. After leaving Hillsborough, there is a light where County Road 601 takes off to the right. Turn right at the light. After approx. 6.5 miles, CR-601 crosses Cherry Valley Road at an intersection with a stoplight. Turn right onto Cherry Valley Rd. After 2.5 miles, Cherry Valley Rd. becomes Pennington-Rocky Hill Rd. Follow for approx. 2.5 miles. BMS will be on your right hand side. Make right onto BMS site and proceed to the Security Guard Bldg. UAirports Newark Int'l Airport: Exit the airport to the New Jersey Turnpike South. Follow the Car directions, from the North, to the Hopewell site. Philadelphia Int'l Airport: Exit airport to I-95 North. Stay on I-95 in PA for approximately 40 miles until you cross into NJ. Drive approximately 10 more miles until you come to Route 1. Take Route 1 North and follow the directions above from the South.
