The compact LOGIQ 100 PRO is designed for abdomi-

nal, urology, obstetrics, OB/GYN, small parts, cardiac,

pediatric and interventional applications.

In a delivery room, situations can arise which require a decision to be made

within seconds. Here, the LOGIQ 100 PRO shows its strengths, enabling you

to quickly ascertain the location of fetus and placenta.

The LOGIQ 100 PRO provides ultimate mobility: The ergonomic handle allows

you to carry the 9.8 kg system easily in one hand.

With its compact design, the LOGIQ 100 PRO is particularly suited to be used

at the patient's bedside. The slim and easy to move system cart (optional)

provides safe storage for accessories such as printer and gel bottles.

With the new LOGIQ 100 PRO, GE Medical

which meets the increasing demands for diag-

The portable system combines the best image qual-

ity with maximum productivity.

This is achieved by the LOGIQ 100 PRO's fully Digital

Beamformer, Automatic Tissue Optimization (ATO), and

"Parallel-Focus". Providing outstanding image quality,

integrated memory, cine memory, and with its ease of

use the LOGIQ 100 PRO is a compact portable ultra-

sound system, which is unsurpassed in its class.

The optional dual port allows you a fast and easy switching between two probes:

With one key-stroke you can change probe without having to change probe

connections. Moreover, using a special adapter, you can operate a selection of

probes from your LOGIQ 200 PRO on the portable LOGIQ 100 PRO.

Advantage: You save valuable time while using the LOGIQ 100 PRO within

a broad range of applications.

You don't have a printer at hand but want to digitally archive images? You don't have

time to select the best image? This is not an issue with the LOGIQ 100 PRO’s integrated

image memory for up to 16 (or optional 112) ultrasound images.

Advantage: You can store your images and archive later.

Until now when scanning large organs or during the third trimester a compromise was made

between image resolution or fast frame rates. GE has broken these barriers. You don't have to deal

with compromise anymore. The new Parallel-Focus Ultrasound is based on Acoustic Parallel

Processing where several ultrasound beams are generated simultane-

ously. This is why the LOGIQ 100 PRO enables you to select up to four

focal zones and still maintain frame rate.

Advantage: A homogeneous image resolution from the near to the

far field with good frame rates, allowing the operator to

work faster, more efficiently and increase productivity.

With Picture-in-Picture (PIP), you can zoom in on any region of inter-

est without losing sight of the original image. That means you can

maintain your frame of reference while taking a close look at the

anatomy under study, saving valuable time in the process.

Advantage: Faster, easier procedures.

You have missed the right moment to freeze your image? No need to repeat your scan. The

last 32 (or optional 64) ultrasound frames of each scan are stored in the cine memory.

Due to the shape of the echoes from the tissue the individual crystals receive the same signal at different points

in time. Using a conventional analogue Beamformer, accurate time compensation can be achieved only for a few,

pre-defined distances. Except for the signals detected by these time-compensated receive foci,

echoes in the lateral and axial planes will produce blurred visualization.The LOGIQ 100 PRO’s

fully Digital Beamformer digitizes echoes at the individual crystal level to ensure uniform lateral

and axial resolution from near- to farfield.

The image is displayed in 256 gray scales on a high-resolution 7’’ monitor, providing the finest

tissue differentiation. The LOGIQ 100 PRO comes with CDA-technology (Continuous Dynamic

Aperture): continuous aperture adjustment during transmitting and receiving of the echoes.

Advantage: Consistently clear, crisp images with homogeneous lateral and axial resolution.
