The Learning Center

The Learning Center is the resource for OCC students who want help with their courses.

Students make appointments for tutoring help through a website called WCOnline.

After completing a one-time registration, students just Login to WCOnline to make appointments for tutoring.

Online Tutoring Login

Login is simple and straightforward.

The Login process takes less than a minute.

WCOnline Web Address

Type the web address sunyocc.mywconline.net into the address box and press the Enter key.

NOTE: This will work with most web browsers, not just Firefox.

WCOnline Login

This is the actual WCOnline Login page for OCC students.

If this is your first visit here, you will have to register to use the Learning Center.

But if you have already registered, you can Login to make a tutoring appointment on this page.

Login Email & Password

You were REQUIRED to use your OCC email address to register, so you MUST use it to Login.

Then input the password you created when you registered.

You also have to select a schedule from the drop-down list.

Login Drop Down

You must select a schedule.

The “Course Specific Schedule” will let you set appointments for most courses—Math, Biology, Chemistry, History, Computer Science and so on.

The “Writing Schedule” lets you make appointments for English, Communications and ESL courses.

You can also use the “Writing Schedule” to make an appointment for help with writing a paper for any other course.

Login Drop Down

The “Reading Schedule” is mainly only for students who are taking the Reading Lab that goes along with course RDG 093.

But the “Reading Schedule” is also used to make appointments for help with Study Skills.

To make a Study Skills appointment, select course RDG 087 when you get to the scheduling page of WCOnline.

Login Forgot Schedule

If you forget to select a schedule, you will get an error message.

If you get this message, input the required information and select the schedule you want.

If you want appointments for courses on different schedules, you will have the opportunity to switch to different schedules once you are on the appointment page.

Login Filled In

Once you have filled in all the requested information, just click on the Login button.

Login Forgot Password

If you forget your password, you can click on this link to reset it.

Login Reset Password

You will be brought to this page, where you input your OCC email.

Simple instructions for changing your password will be sent to your OCC email.

Login Text-Only

If you need the “text only” version of WCOnline, you can click on this link.

This is what the “text only” Login page looks like.

Login Filled In

Again, once you have filled in all the requested information, just click on the Login button.

From Login to Schedule

From Login, you will be taken to the appointment schedule.
