Login Screen for the EEPC Office user

Both first level and final level

Here the EEPC user will using their username and password for login.

Also, at the time login they have to use their respective DSC token attached to the computer and select the certificate as shown in next page where they have to provide as separate password for logging purpose.

Kindly note for security reasons both password should not be same

Processing of Application received by the respective EEPC INDIA office.

This will be done by the FIRST LEVEL user of the respective office.

In this section, the first level user will check the applicant status and the payment details by clicking the MENU TAB appearing on the top.

Further the full application details can be viewed using the button given in the middle of the screen (to view applicant report).

Once the information is verified with the hard copies of the documents sent by the applicant the first level can approve / reject the application. Also, the first level can hold application with a query which will be send by mail to the respective applicant.

In this section the payment details made by the applicant will be displayed and the same can be verified.

Kindly note if any short payment or excess payment is made, the same will reflect in the reports section.

Approved by the first level after the verification process on both documents and payment information.

Here, if nay waive off to be provided for the applicant, the same can be done by the final authority with respective foot note.

Now the respective office can see the status of the application received and processed in this section.

This is upto the level of FIRST LEVEL verification and authorization.

After this, the respective office Head will receive a mail stating that the application is ready for his/ her approval.

As shown in the pg 01 & pg 02, the final authority (ie the Office Head should login and he / she can view the status of the applications approved / rejected / pending from the FIRST LEVEL)

According to the status of the application, the final authority can approve for the same and a mail alert will go the applicant stating that the RCMC is ready for download.

After receiving the notification from the respective office, the applicant can download the application using the similar procedure ( pg 1 & pg2) given in the applicant user manual document.
