Welcome to the 2020 Virtual Show!Entry Rules and Information

Do not break the Government guidelines to get photos/videos - if you cannot safely take a photo/video, please use recently taken ones.

This is a fun show and will be judged as such - judging will be hard from photos and videos.Videos must be no longer than 30 seconds, unless stated otherwise.

Only 1 photo will be accepted for each class entry. Entries must be your own amateur work/animals/photos/videos - not taken from

internet/other sources or created by professionals. Professional photos can be used for classes 55, 56, 57 and 58 if they have been purchased from the photographer.

Entries will be placed as follows: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Highly Commended.Classes are open to amateurs of all ages and from any location unless stated otherwise.

Nominees for the ‘Supreme Champions: Local Heroes’ must be from/working within Inverclyde and West Renfrewshire.

Prizes which are based in Inverclyde/West Renfrewshire or nearby will be allocated to the highest placed winner who can use the prize.

We will only use your contact details for class/prize related correspondence.By entering this show, you are giving us permission to publish your entries

on our social media pages and website with your name and age if under 16.

How to submit Entries/NominationsPlease send by facebook messenger or email: [email protected]

Class entries should include your photo or video, the class number, entrant’s name/s and your email address. If the entrant/s is 16 or under,

we require their age/s and the consent of their guardian/parent. Supreme Champion Nominations should include your nominee’s name and your reason

for the nomination. Please do not post people/organisation’s names on social media.

Entry DeadlinesEntries/Nominations must be received by 9pm, Friday 8th May - entries may be limited.

Results will be announced on Saturday 16th May.

SUPREME CHAMPIONS: LOCAL HEROESThis year, the Show’s Supreme Champions will be

people’s champions from Inverclyde or West Renfrewshire - a local person and a local organisation nominated by the public for going

above and beyond to help others during this crisis.

All nominations are welcome - this is not an agricultural award. Nominees must be from/working within Inverclyde and West Renfrewshire.

Please send us your nominee’s name and reason for the nomination by facebook messenger or email: [email protected]

A shortlist will be put forward for a final vote by the public.

The individual winner will receive:• a championship certificate;
