OBJECTIVES: a. To improve all facilities of the hospital by
acquiring modern equipment but at low cost to our clientele and aim for the renovation of some dilapidated parts of the hospital;
b. To appeal for the filling up of vacancies to improve hospital services.

2. Rosario Emergency Hospital on April 18, 1972 inaugurated its
new building situated at Barangay Concepcion, Rosario, La Union
