other AIM products. No, I am not at the age yet where I have problems with my prostate, but why not be preventive? To stay healthy we need to give our bodies the right food and I have found no easier way than with AIM products. Thanks so much AIM for the opportunities you give us.

A little about our life: We had a great winter! First things first, our New Year’s resolution was for my wife and me to lose some weight (what a better way to health). With the help of good nutrition from AIM and portion control, I lost 42.5 lbs. and Karen lost 19.5 lbs. We would like to do more in the future, but spring crept up on us and had lots going on, so we put our plans on hold. We had a family project going on this winter in dad’s shop; we built ourselves a covered wagon. Finally got it finished March 23, 2016.

We’re planning a few trips with the covered wagon for this summer. The big one will be in May. We will be traveling over 100 miles to friends of ours and doing some camping and spending time with others along the way. Our children are very excited. Okay, it’s not just the children who are excited, the adults are too. With our busy life we have no time to be sick, just another reason to take AIM products. Closing and wishing everybody a happy, healthy future. God’s blessings to all.

—In Partnership for Life, Matthew Miller Royal Emerald Director Dundee, Ohio

Life Is Full of Choices

Testimonials should not be construed as representing results that everyone can achieve.

Greetings! I’m Matt, age 34, with Karen my loving wife age 30 and our four children, ages 8, 5, 3 and 1 year old, whom I love very much. My goal is to do my best at staying healthy and practicing prevention, so I can be here for my family and train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it. (Prov. 22:6)

Behold I stand at the door and knock. (Rev. 3:20)

So it is with Christ! It is our decision to open that spiritual door! So it is with health! It is our choice as adults, if we want to enjoy our family and take care of the body that Christ has made us responsibile over, we have to open that door that leads toward health. For many years most medical and health-related research was done solely on men, and it was assumed that women had the same health problems and needs. We now realize that is not true; the symptoms and progression of diseases differ between men and women due to their unique physiology, and both genders may benefit from different health strategies. One concern exclusive to men involves the prostate. As men age their prostate will often change. It may become enlarged or inflamed, which may result in a variety of difficulties with urination.

AIM ReAssure SP is a unique synergistic combination of herbal extracts that can assist in the maintainence of prostate health. AIM ReAssure SP can also benefit women by reducing bladder infections and improving urine flow. It can also be taken with

Even with a healthy focus on physical activity to stay in reasonable or peak condition, a lot of guys can miss out on the benefits of supplemental support. A little guidance can help AIM them in the right direction.

The following selection of products from the AIM lineup is a fine place for men to start banking support for a healthy, long life.

omposure the calming herbsStress can keep a guy awake at night,

and scientific research is proving that sleep deprivation can lead to a number of health issues, including dementia, diabetes and obesity. Getting sufficient sleep may require a few lifestyle changes, such as planning a better sleep schedule and shutting off gadgets before going to bed. And for those nights when the brain won’t turn off, turning to Composure’s non-addictive, herbal formulation can help a guy switch off non-stop mind activity and glide into deep sleep.

See the 2016 Living Well product catalog for further supplemental support for men from the entire line of AIM nutrition.

AIMega the healthy fatsThe inner workings of omega-3 and -6

are something that men should experience daily as these essential fatty acids (EFAs) work from the inside out, from healthy cell growth, function and repair to youthful looking skin. EFAs can only come from food or supplemental intake. The body goes beyond surviving to thriving with the presence of these healthy fats. Yes! EFA fats are fantastic for a guy’s body. And AIMega’s encapsulated organic seed oils conveniently deliver just the right balanced 2:1 ratio of omega-3 and -6.

BarleyLife the nutritional greensAn incredible amount of both past

and present research shows that health is positively affected by the amount of plant-based food a person consumes, especially in regard to greens. BarleyLife concentrates those benefits in the juice powder of young barley grass — whole food from nature. For guys that don’t eat healthily, BarleyLife contributes a vast improvement in their diets. And for the guys who know the importance of good nutrition and eat well, BarleyLife adds even more to their nutritional profile.

cells, DHT is associated with another acronym, BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia, which is a complicated way of saying enlarged prostate gland.

ReAssure SP’s key ingredient is saw palmetto berry oil extract, a natural blocker of 5-alpha-reductase acti vity. So taking ReAssure SP is a preventative step for men in their forties and fifties to avoid an enlarged prostate. For men in their later years, ReAssure SP can help to alleviate the difficulties with urination as a result of prostate growth.

The AIM ABC selections represent super supplemental support for men of all ages. And as a man reaches his fourth or fifth decade, it is a good time for preventative reassurance that his prostate will be in healthy shape into his following decades.

eAssure SP the prostate protectorIt often starts with frequent

trips to the bathroom during the night. A common side effect of aging, a man’s prostate begins to enlarge, narrowing the urethral channel and resulting in urination issues. The cause

is mostly attributed to the hormonal changes men go through.

Residing in the prostate is 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme that converts

the hormone testosterone into the hormone dihydro-testosterone (DHT). Stimu-lating the growth of prostate

The truth is I don’t have any prostate issues. My PSA

tests come back normal. But I’ve been taking ReAssure SP since 2012 for the prevention of problems related to the prostate.

It is a great idea to view supplemental nutrition as

part of a food budget.

Think of it as nutritional life insurance with dividends that

pay off in quality of life.

I have been very fortunate to have grown up with AIM products in our home. My mother, Rica Gerhardt, who is a Director, became an AIM Member back in 1998, and I started taking BarleyLife around the age of seven. In high school and university, I came to realize just how good AIM products were for me as I would rarely get sick. BarleyLife and Herbal Fiberblend are my staples, but I use many of the AIM products.

In university, my focus was health studies, taking courses in anatomy, nutrition, etc. Consequently, I have a better appreciation for the magnificence that is the human body! Scientifically understanding how nutrition is the foundation of our health, I also came to understand why AIM products work so effectively. So I began to feel comfortable sharing and promoting this healthy nutrition. Many years ago, Dr. Mary Ruth Swope told my mom that she believed we commit

a sin if we don’t share the knowledge we

have. This quote remains a huge source of inspi-ration for my mother and me.

Going to the AIM conference in

2015 really set me on fire in terms of connecting the dots

in my mind

about AIM nutrition. Afterward, I read Green Leaves of Barley and got excited with the idea of becoming an independent distributor for AIM. Having just graduated from university with a degree in Health Studies, I had wanted to get into the master’s program in the fall, but the professor wasn’t taking any new students. This delay turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it gave me the option of taking a year off to put my passion into building my AIM business.

As a result of my family and studies, I’m lucky to be surrounded by like-minded people who are interested in talking about health, including my university classmates. Preferring one-on-one dialogue, I also like to make connections by texting or using Facebook. More often than not, communicating brings up a nugget in regard to people’s health challenges and wanting to feel better. This gives me an opportunity to talk about what I know can help them, such as a reconnecting with a high school friend who had health concerns. Sending datasheets is a great starting point, and I often share product samples in Ziplocs or mail them. I also like kitchen table meetings.

One of the many great things about AIM is that it’s portable. By this I mean, you carry the knowledge in your mind, signing up new Members can happen anywhere you have access to the internet, and the products travel well. And there’s so much support material from AIM: Living Well magazine, Fresh Focus, datasheets, teleclasses and webinars, just to name a few, along with the wealth of information you can tap into at the AIM Academy.

As a business builder, I believe you have an obligation to be there for your downline, investing your energy in them. My mother taught me to create and foster an AIM community with your team and your downline’s circle of friends. You never know who will be the gems that you can work with to grow both your businesses.

Royal Emerald Director Loren Schiele of Dallas, Texas, is the proud father of four grown, successful boys — all raised on BarleyLife and the AIM products and instilled with the virtues of nutrition, hard work and free enterprise.

Loren married his wife Kathleen at age twenty-six. The two were already interested in nutrition before they had their first child. They ate healthy and even made homemade bread. When Kathleen’s father became ill, they learned about the AIM products and phoned AIM for more information. AIM provided Loren with a list of local sponsors who, unfortunately, didn’t return his calls. This shows how important follow-up is, especially considering Loren and Kathleen have reached the Million Dollar Club. So Loren searched online and discovered Star Sapphire Director Marion Hayden who called him back within five minutes.

“She’s been a very, very good sponsor. Every single contact is important. You never know which person is going to take it and turn it into a business,” Loren said. “When I first started, I didn’t intend to be in business. But I had some experiences with MLM and knew the potential and what it was all about.”

In 1995, Loren was given a couple months of free internet service through a coworker’s son, and from that starting point, Loren built his now-flourishing AIM business. Loren and

Kathleen’s hard work and business acumen allowed them to teach their children through example.

“They are all pretty much self-starters and self-motivated,” Loren stated. “That was our lifestyle. It’s what we instilled in them. We homeschooled our boys and did everything from an adventure-learning standpoint. We took them to the AIM Conferences because everything was a possible learning experience.”

Their son, Jason, is the youngest firefighter ever in Carollton, Texas, and is currently undertaking paramedic training. Steven won a fellowship at Ohio State University where he’s a grad student studying psychology. Daniel works in marketing and finance for the Fossil Group, and their eldest, Michael, is an information technology whiz for a financial company.

All the boys were raised on BarleyLife and continue to use the AIM products to this day. The three youngest sons enjoy weightlifting and have all used Red Rush and ProPeas.

“I tried to teach them the importance of whole foods and eating as natural as possible,” Loren said. “It was considered a rare treat to eat something that wasn’t a whole food. To make natural foods the norm, that was the biggest thing.”

With Added SuperfoodsThe AIM Companies has improved the base of CoCoa LeafGreens with the new, more popular LeafGreens formulation of superfoods like arugula, Swiss chard and kale. The new CoCoa LeafGreens still contains three types of cocoa powders and provides the same amount of sulforaphane in every serving. It also costs the same and has the same BVP.

Look forward to adding the new, improved CoCoa Leaf-Greens into your smoothies.

When you drink a nice cold glass of Peak Endurance, you’ll feel like you can climb a mountain, hike through the empty, scorching desert, wrestle a scaly, old alligator or battle 100 bad guys with swords. But did you know that you could be feeling even better?

New scientific research indicates that more is better when it comes to adenosine triphosphate (ATP). One of the new studies published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition found that 400 mg of PEAK ATP is the optimum serving for improving endurance and muscle recovery. Test subjects who used 400 mg of PEAK ATP thirty minutes prior to exercise were able to exert more force at the end of their workout and were able to recover quicker afterwards.

That’s why The AIM Companies will be increasing the Peak ATP ® in Peak Endurance from 125 mg to 200 mg per serving. That way, it will be easier for those wanting to get the optimum serving. Based on the latest scientific evidence, we recommend 400 mg (two servings) taken one-half hour prior to exercise or one serving twice daily for extra energy. Besides the ATP increase, the formula remains unchanged. You’ll still be getting your B-vitamins, electrolytes and vitamin C. There will be no price or BVP changes, but the product codes will change.

Peak Endurance with the same great formula but with a higher serving of Peak ATP ®!

Testimonials

My name is Mervyn Michael. I live in Nampa, Idaho. Several years ago I started having a sporadic fluttering over my left ear. It would come and go

every 3-4 days and last maybe 10-14 hours. You know the noise

that those whirling sprinklers make in your lawn? Well, that is the best I

can describe how it sounded to me. It seemed like it was in my artery. The continual irritation was exasperating, and I got really tired of it. I had a hard time sleeping and got so frustrated that I couldn’t make it go away. When I would tell my friends about it, they would just give me a funny look.

One day, when I was at Chairman’s Club Director Carolyn Kling’s Green Barley Nutrition Center getting some BarleyLife,

on a whim I asked Cathy McCrea, AIM Royal Emerald Director, what she thought might help. She suggested I try Red Rush since I thought that improving circulation by widening the arteries may help the problem. I bought a case of 12 and started drinking one each day until those were gone. After about 6 bottles, I noticed that this condition started fading away. Then I bought another case, and started taking a half bottle every 3-4 days. Now, every fourth day or so I hear a little flutter up by my ear, and then I will drink an ounce of Red Rush. Basically this problem has gone away. I don’t know what the condition was, but beet juice worked for me! Who knew that a little bottle could do so much?

— Mervyn Michael Nampa, Idaho

Red Rush Made My Ear Flutters Go Away

I’m so excited about AIM! I had spinal fusion surgery in February 2016. After just two weeks of taking BarleyLife, AIMega, Herbal Fiberblend and using ProPeas to make healthy shakes, I can see a huge difference in my inflammation and pain level. I’m not swollen at all and my ease of movement has become so much better. In fact, I was able to walk nine holes while my son played in a golf match today. Also, my skin has become brighter and absolutely no redness or breakouts! I’ve even lost five pounds! I’m convinced these products will help me fight the arthritis buildup and scar tissue that have been burdening my back. I’ve never felt this healthy. I’m looking forward to talking with my sponsor to see what else I can add to my regimen.

I’ve been in the fire service for 12 years and a full-time professional firefighter for 11 of those years. Most firefighters are very strong, but the missing component is the cardiovascular training. Spartan racing and Spartan training are fantastic for that reason. I’ve been doing Spartan obstacle course races for two years.

My strategy for a race changes depending on the terrain and type of race: Sprints, Supers, Beasts and Ultra Beasts. Is the race on a mountain or on a flat course? For me, the Sprints [3+ mile races] are done at an all-or-nothing pace which I can maintain for the 50 minutes it takes to finish. Any race that takes more than 2 hours — which is most Supers [8+ miles] and Beasts [12+ miles] — I go into energy-conservation mode. I start slow and at that 3-mile mark, I find a second wind and increase the speed according to my energy levels.

My training starts the moment my feet hit the floor. I begin the day with a stretch and mental-alignment/positive-thinking session. I concentrate on what I want to accomplish. I assess my body and decide if I’m going to have a hard training session or a restorative, light session. Spartan Race training consists of running mixed with bodyweight exercises,

AthleteRed Rush

stuff that you don’t need equipment for [like push-ups or air squats]. An average

day consists of 3-5 miles of running with 60-90 body-weight reps. Once a week, I do a long run (10+ miles) or a 2+ hour workout for endurance. After workouts, I find it is very important to log my work, get rehydrated and flood the body with nutrients; Red Rush is a great addition to my morning shakes when I’m in a hurry to get out the door!

For the past two years, I have eaten a plant-based diet. I do not consume beef, chicken or pork. I’ve found my body can digest plant-based food much easier, which helps me perform. I had heard about beet juice for endurance athletes, and from what I read, I understood exactly what it does for the body. I tried other beet juice drinks a few times but I love the no-mess, easy-to-drink shots of Red Rush better.

When I’m training and before workouts, I love how Red Rush gives me a long-lasting boost of energy. And not the quick energy and quick crash you normally expect from a stimulant-based supplement. Another thing I love about Red Rush is the portability for those on-the-go training and races when you don’t have time to mix things up and clean out a shaker. Red Rush has helped me get to the finish line of a 30-mile Spartan Ultra Beast in 2015 and I hope to see that finish line again this year!
