Do you know that: Nicolay Mikhailovich Przhevalskey was the Russian traveller and explorer. In 1877 he returned from Mongolia and brought a skin of a wild horse which was given to him as a present by the Russian officer A.K. Tikhanov. However, Przhevalskey himself had never come to a wild horse closely.

In 1888 Nicolay Mikhailovich Przhevalskey went to Central Asia again. There he fell ill and died. But his followers and students continued his work. They brought some more skins and skulls, described their behaviour.
