• .91/1.00 goes to the agencies• Agencies are reviewed each year to address the

most pressing financial needs and must reapply each year.

• You can be assured that your donation goes back into your community!

Participation at BWF

• This year the focus is on participation rather than dollar amount!

• We are seeking 100% participation this year at BWF.

• Last year we had 9%.• Any dollar amount helps!

payroll deduction, or credit card• Payroll deductions begin January 2015• Please paper clip cash/check to form (no staples

please)• If you would like to designate your donation to

a certain United Way Agency, it is a 25.00 minimum.
