01 Beefeater 24 – London dry gin – 45% Beefeater takes a complex blend of 12 botanicals, including grapefruit peel and japanese & chinese green teas, and infuses them in spirit for 24 hours.

02 The London No 1 – No1 original blue gin – 47% A process of quadruple distillation and aromatisation in which 12 botanicals are infused into the spirit giving it a beautiful turquoise blue colour.

03 Whitley Neill – Rhubarb & Ginger – 43% A handcrafted gin of exceptional quality inspired by the glory of the English country garden. The essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge, to the smooth English gin base, while the real ginger extract warms the palate for a full bodied complex finish.

04 Whitley Neill – Quince – 43% A handcrafted gin of exceptional quality inspired by the timeless flavours of Persia. The juice of the Turkish Quince adds apple-sharp, pear-sweet high notes to the smooth English gin base. For a unique alluring taste that’s as rich as its ancestry.

05 Tarquin’s – Cornish Dry Gin – 42% A Cornish Dry Gin that captures the essence of the scenic coast. Tarquin’s Dry Gin is a well-balanced gin with all the classic botanicals coming through on both the nose and the palate. The juniper is prevalent – as it should be – with a strong lemony coriander, earthy notes and warm orange blossom faintly joining in.

06 Tarquin’s – British blackberry – 38% A lip- smacking variation on the Tarquins’s Cornish gin recipe, with a focus on blackberries! We combine the gin with the delicious British blackberries as well as a small helping of Cornish wildflower honey to impart a subtle mellow sweetness.

07 Tarquin’s – The Hopster – 42% Tarquin’s Hopster Gin is made in collaboration with Sharp’s Brewery and contains three different types of hops. These are Crystal, Cascade and Pilot and they are added to the normal Tarquin’s Gin recipe and distilled. The result is a gin that is juniper lead with a zesty cereal taste and a nutty finish.

08 The King of Soho – Dry Gin – 42% London Dry Gin distilled in the heart of London using traditional methods, a complex spirit crafted with 12 botanicals to our unique flavour profile.

09 Puerto de Indias – Strawberry – 37.5% Puerto de Indias Strawberry Gin uses mouth-watering strawberries from the region of Huelva in Andalusia. This gin is soft and delicate. Beginning intense aromas of strawberry and juniper on the nose, the taste of strawberry is subtle and there are delicate touches of liquorice and gentle citrus notes on the palate.

10 Williams – Pink Grapefruit – 40% A spectacular pairing of pomelo & fresh pink grapefruit with our award winning GB gin. Floral and zesty, a wave of tartness hits your tongue first, followed by a juicy kick of grapefruit peel. Subtle hints of juniper round out the flavour.

11 J.J Whitley – Elderflower Gin – 38.6% From the J.J. Whitley range, launched in mid-2016, comes an elderflower-focussed gin. This revolves around the classic fragrance of the elderflower, along with a selection of rural British flavours and a helping of cinnamon.

12 Hendrick’s - 41.4% This handcrafted gin is distilled from a proprietary recipe which includes traditional botanicals such as Juniper, Coriander and citrus peel. The unexpected infusion of cucumber and rose petals result in a most iconoclastic gin.

13 Bombay Sapphire – Dry gin – 40% The tantalising, smooth and complex taste that you experience when you sip is described as fresh citrus and juniper flavours combines with an elegant light spicy finish.

Following in the footsteps of Gosport’s very own Mumby’s Ginger Beer. Produced not far from our brewery in the mid-1800’s. This Pale ale is hopped with experimental British hops that possess a ginger aroma, the beer has also been infused with Ginger root. A fiery number, refreshing and best served by the lashing. 14

May FlyHopback, Salisbury4.1% Amber

Contains a new American hop, Belma, which has been added late-copper to this amber golden ale. Belma imparts floral tropical fruit tones, with strawberry and pineapple resonances and a bittersweet finish. 07
