DESCRIPTION
In July 2014, Urban One Builders completed Phase I of the Little Mountain social housing project in Vancouver. The Little Mountain site is a 15.2 acre area next to Queen Elizabeth Park. The new building is specifically designed for seniors and it includes 53 individual units. It is constructed with a new envelope system of cementitious panel siding with concealed fastners and it is LEED Gold.
