As part of the sales process, your Weichert Sales Associate continues to analyze local market activity and make recommendations about fine-tuning the marketing and pricing of your home.

The Sales Manager of your Weichert Sales Associate’s office reviews the status of your home sale.

Your Weichert Sales Associate advises you of all offers and helps you negotiate any counteroffers you may make.

Working through your Weichert Sales Associate, you and the buyers agree on price and terms, including a closing/settlement date.

Initial deposit is placed in a trust account. In some states, an attorney review is customary.

Your Weichert Sales Associate keeps you up-to-date on pre-closing inspections and negotiates all issues to bring your sale to final closing/settlement.

Adjustments are made for miscellaneous items (taxes, utility fees, etc.) You are paid and give the buyer title (or deed) and keys.

You receive confirmation from your Weichert Sales Associate. Closing/settlement date and location are confirmed.
