Energy Labs Factory Visit Checklist

Se debe instalar parrilla en opening del RA y tina pegada al opening Se debe instalar Tie Back a todas las puertas Instalar door stop a puerta que golpee componente eléctrico. Louver de exhaust opening se aprobó sin bisagra Placas de tie back deben ir pintadas. El modelo de la electrical label es correcto.

General Items

AHU’s painted correct custom color (Jacob has sample). Verify electrical/gas/coil cabinet’s door swings, door hold-open system, and linked handles. Verify Smoke Detector mount. Verify CC condensate pan and oil filter sections drip pan drains point down. Verify tubing downstream of burner is metal not poly. Verify dampers have full operation and do not bind. See if adding insect screen to Control Cabinet opening is possible.

Control Items

In control cabinet:o Verify BMS J-box with keystone installed.o Verify VFD control terminations and cable labels. (See attached diagram)

Jumper wire between terminals 11/12.o Conduits should be 1.5” from back of panel to allow installation of backplane.o Panel mounting hardware.

Verify air pressure transmitter has correct jumper positions and conductor landing. (See attached picture).

Verify Damper actuator cables correctly landed and labeled.o All dampers to have separate power cables home-runned.

Check burner controller connector. Should include 120 Ohm resistor (See attached picture). Verify temp sensor and freeze stat terminations and cable labels. SA temp sensor installed below grate.

Electrical Items

Verify overall electrical cabinet layout and separation. Verify location of convenience outlets. Verify location of cabinet light fixtures on outside wall of cabinets. Verify power to control panel in top right corner. Verify 120V panel is properly label. Verify 120V cables are labeled by circuit breaker number. Verify power pathways in electrical cabinet. Look for using other panels being used as pathways.
