1. Complete your LiquidSpace Profile Page The center of your marketing toolkit is your profile page. Optimize for search, social and direct marketing. For a detailed review, read our Quick Tip on Profile Pages.

Profile - Add pictures so prospective customers can see more than just your meeting room. Your profile provides many places to showcase great pictures, read the Quick Tip guide or explore by going to Venue Info and click the Images tab.

Workspaces - Make sure each of your shared workspaces are added to your LiquidSpace profile. Provide clear pictures, description, amenities and pricing so prospective customers choose your space.

SEO – Increase your search rankings.

2. Social Media tools to share with your network. Social media is the modern day word of mouth. Share your LiquidSpace profile easily with each of your networks.

Share with people you know. The foundation of your social strategy is sharing with people you already know; friends, colleagues, clients and past clients/guests.

Be a part of the conversation. Keep the conversation fresh by revisiting your profile and sharing often. Share on different social networks every couple weeks to keep your workspace on top of peoples minds. Add your Twitter feed to your profile. In your Venue Info tab, you can add your Twitter @handle or #hashtag and your most recent mentions will appear on your LiquidSpace profile.

Marketing URL: Insert a hyperlink to your own marketing emails, blogs and social media posts. Just copy the URL from the bottom of your Marketing Tab and paste directly into your content. Coupons: You are eligible to create your own coupons to incentivize prospects and reward guests to reserve your space. Just include the coupon code directly in your LiquidSpace invite or any of your other marketing materials; ask [email protected] for more info.

Direct Email Marketing Send emails directly from your LiquidSpace manager.

3. Email Invitations. Invite guests, prospects, past clients and your friends to share access to reserve workspace by the hour or by the day.

Send invitation emails directly through your “Marketing Tab”.

Direct Email Invitations: Sign-in to LiquidSpace and click the “Marketing” tab. You may send up to five invitations at once by simply filling in their name and email address. Invitations will take your prospects to your profile page.
