CONSTRUCTION
• Shaft supporting: two grease lubricated
roller bearings.
• The basic version is bareshaft. On
request, can be provided with an
intermediate supporting lantern to allow
direct drive through a B5 electric motor
(with mounting flange).
• Rotating direction: clockwise when
viewed from the motor side.
• Shaft seal: by means of two single
mechanical seals.
• Possible construction complying to API
681 norms.
• Possibility to have ATEX certified
pumps.

운전
수봉식 진공펌프는 밀봉수를 연속적으로 공급하여 가스와 발생되는 열을압축 제거한다.밀봉수는 열교환기에 의해 냉각되어지고 순환일 경우에는 배출가스를 기수분리기로 부터 분리된다. 밀봉수는일반적으로 깨끗한 물이 사용된다.

OPERATION
The service liquid must be continuously
fed to the pump during operation in order
compress the gas and remove the
generated heat and to restore the liquid
ring.
The service liquid may be separated from
the gas into a discharge separator and,
in case of total recircu- lation, cooled
down by means of a heat exchanger.
Normally, water is used as service liquid.
工作原理
液环真空泵是根据持续供应的密封水，与气体所产生的热进行压缩并排除。通过换热器对密封水进行冷却，在循环过程中通过汽水分离器分离将要排除的气体。通常以干净的水作为密封水。

Given capacity values are referred to
rarefied dry air at the temperature of 20°C,
atmospheric pressure of 1013 mbar,
service liquid consisting of water at 15°C.
Altera-tions can occur when working
conditions change. For instance, changes
of the physical properties of the handled
gas or service liquid (vapour pressure,
temperature, specific gravity, viscosity),
combination among different types of gas
and vapours are factors which might
determine heavy impacts on the nominal
capacity.
Pumps in AISI 316 execution are 10% less
performing compared to the curve capacity
values.
Selected motor power is based on the
standard operating conditions. In case of a
higher power demand, it is possible to
install the next motor size.
In order to achieve a deeper vacuum, a gas
ejector can be installed ahead of the pump;
it operates by taking advantage of the
pressure difference created by the pump
with no need of a high energy motive fluid.
The maximum suction pressure which can
be reached is about 10mbar. The ejector
should be used below 40 mbar.

密封水供应方式
直流供应方式
使用干净的密封水。液体或气体无污染的前提下，不管安装在任何区间只要不存在顺流(down-stream)的情况，将使用此种基本的结构。根据排气系统将汽水分离灌中混合在密封水的气体直接进行排除。根据重力气体上升的同时液体将往下流，对此密封水供应压力建议大于泵的排气压力0.5bar以上。

Standard arrangement for installation
where there is enough fresh service
liquid available and there are no handling
problems donwn-stream as both the
liquid and the gas are not considered as
polluted or polluting.
The gas mixed together with the service
liquid can be sent directly into the
discharge system or, if gasliquid
separation is required, to a separator
tank; by gravity, the gas will flow out from
the top and the liquid from the bottom.
It is recommended to make sure that the
service liquid supply pressure is 0.5 bar
above the pump discharge pressure.
직수공급 방식 깨끗한 밀봉수를 사용할 수 있습니다. 액체 또는 가스의 오염이 없는한어떤 취급 문제에서도 다운스트림 없는 표준 설치 구성입니다.기수분리 탱크에 밀봉수와 가스는 혼합되어 혼합된 가스는 배출 시스템에의해 직접 내보낼 수 있습니다.중력에 의해 가스는 상부로 액체는하부로 흐르게 되고 그것은 밀봉수공급압력을 펌프 토출압력보다0.5bar 이상 되는것이 좋습니다.
Partial recirculation
This configuration is particularly indicated
when the fresh liquid consumption must
be low, the pump can operate with a ser-
vice liquid having a higher temperature
compared to the fresh liquid and when
there are no handling problems down-
stream as both the liquid and the gas are
not considered as polluted or polluting.
The service liquid flow consists partly of
fresh liquid (normally approx. 50%) and
the remaining quantity by liquid at higher
tem-perature recovered from the
separator tank.
Also in this case it is recommended to
make sure that the service liquid supply
pressure is 0.5 bar above the pump
discharge pressure.
부분 순환방식
본 구성은 특히 깨끗한 밀봉수 소비가 낮아야 할때, 펌프는 보충수에 비해 더 높은 온도를 갖는 밀봉수로 동작할 수 없고 하부로 흐르는 액체와가스를 취급하는데 오염물질등을 고려하여야 합니다.밀봉수 흐름이 부분적으로 깨끗한 액체(일반적으로 약50%)와 기수분리탱크로부터 회수된 높은 온도 액체의잔량으로 이루어져 있습니다. 또한이 경우에는 밀봉수 공급압력이 펌프배출압력보다 0.5bar 이상 되는것이좋습니다.

SUPPLY ARRANGEMENTS
部分循环方式
适用于要求密封水费用小的情况。密封水温度不能高于泵的补充水温度，且回收往下流的液体与气体时应考虑其污染物质等问题。密封水是通过部分干净的液体(通常为50%)和根据汽水分离罐回收的高温液体的余量所构成。对此密封水供应压力建议大于泵的排气压力0.5bar以上。

Recirculated service liquid arrangement
This arrangement has to be followed any
time there is an application which requires
to avoid any process gas leakage or when
there are involved fluids which for their
chemical composition or pollution caused
by the process gas cannot leave the plant
for environmental or process reasons.
The service liquid flows from the pump into
a separator tank, recirculated back through
a heat exchanger where it is cooled down
at a specified temperature and then back to
the pump.
In case the heat exchanger generates a
high pressure drop thus altering the con-
ditions for a good service liquid supply, it is
necessary to install a recirculation pump to
restore the pressure required in the system.

密封水供应方式
密封循环方式
在工程中防止气体流出的情况下须使用此结构。适用于化学组生物或环境污染，在工程中对工厂产生危害的情况。为了密封水的循环使用，从汽水分离罐中流出的液体，通过换热器冷却至适当温度后可重新提供给泵。根据对密封水提供条件的变化，导致压力下降时可通过增设循环泵恢复系统的正常压力。
밀봉 순환방식
이런한 구성은 공정으로 부터 발생되는가스의 누출을 방지하기 위해 필요하거나화학적 조성물 또는 환경오염, 공정상의이유로 공장내 위험성이 있는경우 적용합니다.밀봉수가 순환하여 펌프로 재공급하기 위하여 기수분리 탱크로부터 나오는 액체를열교환기에서 적정 온도로 냉각하여 다시펌프로 공급합니다. 이러한경우 밀봉수 공급 조건의 변화에 따라 압력저하 생성 때문에 시스템에서 요구되는압력을 복원하는 순환펌프설치를 필요로합니다.
