CHEMIDOSE LIMITED

Introduction

Chemidose Limited have been designing and installing chemical dosing systems since 2003

working with many water authorities and tier 1 contractors.

We use tried and tested construction methods and components that give many years of service

with minimal maintenance..

The systems are built in our workshop and fully tested before going to site where we work to the

customer’s individual specifications to install a complete system.

All design work is performed in-house and includes P&IDs, civil and room layouts, mechanical and

electrical drawings.

We have robust systems and processes in place to support our design, manufacture and

installation teams and have ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and Achilles accreditation.

Our facilities enable us to build anything

from a small board to multiple large

enclosures.

This is supplemented by a large range of

stock items and an established supplier

base.

Equipment Description

Storage systems

We install all sizes of storage systems from small day tanks to large bulk

tanks together with any required staging, fill panels and associated safety

equipment.

Fill points and transfer

enclosures

Our fill panels provide accurate information for chemical delivery on the

tank contents via an analogue display wired back to the tank ultrasonics

together with an alarm linked to the high level electrode.

Dilution systems

We offer two versions of dilution system, a simple systems using an

eductor to pull through the chemical and the second being a pumped

duty/standby system if precise control is required.

Dosing kiosks

Our dosing kiosks are built using 12mm thick uPVC or polypropylene sheet

with lift off perspex covers. Pumps are located in their own bay for

improved safety and we offer lighting, heating and ventilation options.

Equipment Description

Controllers

We manufacture single or multi-loop controllers to accurately control the

dosing process, together with extraction controllers, dilution controllers

and fill point panels.

Safety

In addition to the main process equipment, we are able to supply the

required safety equipment including emergency showers, eye baths and

wash down hoses.

Analysers

Chemidose Ltd. are able to supply every stage of the chemical dosing

process. We build and install analyser boards to ensure the chemical

treatment equipment works to the optimum conditions.
