THE JOB SPECIFICATION IS USE IN DESIGNING AND DEVELOPING THE TRAINING CURRICULUM

EXPERTDIRECTRESS APPRENTICE

COMPANIES AS EMPLOYERS MUST

PROVIDE SCHOOLS THE JOB SPECIFICATIONS THEY

NEED FOR ANY TYPE OF OCCUPATION IN A TRADE

……AND THESE JOB SPECIFICATIONS ARE

CONVERTED INTO TRAINING SPECIFICATIONS IN THE

SCHOOL CURRICULUM AND ARE COUTCOME-BASED

THE TRAINING SPECIFICATION OF AN OCCUPATION IS THE

TRAINING STANDARDADAPTED IN THE SCHOOL

CURRICULUM.

THE TRAINING STANDARD MUST BE OUTCOME-BASED! CORRECT?

THE COMPETENCY STANDARD DEVELOPED BY

EMPLOYERS DEFINES THE JOB SPECIFICATION.
