Focused skill : Listening and Speaking

Previous knowledge : Pupils already learnt about the word stress in the

previous topic.

Content Standard :1.1 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling,

pupils will be able to pronounce words and speak

confidently with the correct stress, rhythm and

intonation.

Learning Standard : 1.1.3 Able to speak with correct stress.

Lesson Objectives : By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to:

1) Listen and say the words with the correct stress.

2) Listen and circle at least five out of six objects

correctly to complete the sentences.

3) Say the words in the sentences with correct word

stress.

4) Match at least five out of six objects with its

function correctly.

clothes.

Hair dryer is use to dry

our hair.

stress.
