Currently writing the new Business Plan for the Board meeting in late May
We will hear about our European bid in June/July – 400,000 Euro – over 2 years
With the agreement of the members approaching new members who are interested in joining

What have we learnt?
Partnership working and mission Communication Small amounts of external funding have an
effect beyond their monetary value Change comes slowly – and is needed at
all levels Someone with responsibility and authority Money or the law – great motivators!!
